Level 3 Home Survey

This Report gives detailed information about the structure and fabric of the property.
It describes the condition of a property and provides an assessment of the relative importance of defects/problems.
It objectively describes the form of construction and materials used for different parts of the property.

Choose this report if you need information whilst buying or selling a conventional house, flat, or bungalow:

• Built before 1900
• That has been significantly altered or extended
• Built of non-traditional materials
• In poor or dilapidated condition
• Grade II Listed
• Have suffered Structural Movement in the past
• Are of “High Net Worth” valued over £1m

The focus is on assessing the condition of all elements of a property, its outbuildings, services, and grounds.
